Marketing and Event Sponsors
When you register for an RMOUG event, you give implicit permission for RMOUG to share your data with sponsors and event managers. This typically includes your contact information (name, email, company, etc.), event participation details, and interests to help them inform you about their products, services, and events.
Oracle Sponsored events also need to follow Oracle’s Privacy Policy notice that requires acceptance of this statement "By submitting this form, you agree to share your personal data with the sponsor, Oracle. Logging In
Much of the information on the RMOUG website is available to the public and does not require a login. If you do log into your RMOUG online account, your login credentials are encrypted.

How to Manage Your Data
As a member, you can manage your data by updating your member profile, which is accessed by logging into the website and clicking your name in the top-right corner. After clicking "Edit profile," you can modify any personal data you have supplied us, remove non-required data, specify privacy options, and update your email subscription preferences.
As a member, you can also request any of the volunteer members of the Board of Trustees to make any changes to your data. Board contact information is available below and on the RMOUG website (About | Leadership menu option).

The RMOUG website contains links to other websites, but our Privacy Policy applies only to our website. If you click a link to another website, the privacy policy of that website will be in effect.
