We’ll introduce popular algorithms such as OpenAI’s embeddings and Sentence Transformers and discuss how to select the right model for specific tasks like PDF parsing or text document search. Attendees will gain an understanding of how embedding quality directly influences search accuracy and the complexities involved in choosing optimal models for their AI applications.

Scott will review the evolution of Generative AI from simple chat bot/authoring capabilities, as well as using retrieval augmented generation (RAG) for ask/answer scenarios, and ending on the advances in goal-based AI Agentic Workflows.
