Women In Technology

RMOUG_WIT is Rocky Mountain Oracle User Group’s Women in Technology, (WIT) SIG, (Special Interest Group).

Our goal is to empower, support and assist in networking the women in technology of the Rocky Mountain area.

The RMOUG WIT SIG is a virtual group that is currently under construction as part of the Lean-in’s Mighty Bell site.  Videos, articles, webinars and documentation can be downloaded from Mighty Bell.  Future webinars and chats are planned to network, support and empower women in the Denver area and beyond.

Please feel free to create an account and download the member packets, read or interact with other members of the RMOUG_WIT group or become part of one of the larger Lean-in groups.

There is a separate Facebook page with articles, information and interaction from social media.  We maintain it with new information weekly and it’s a good place to network with other women in technology in the Rocky Mountain area.

As events are planned, we will add them to the RMOUG calendar found on the main page and hope you can join us.  Most of these events will now be virtual, so you can attend with very little impact to personal and professional life!

For our onsite sessions, we’ve held Training Days WIT panels the last two conferences and they’ve have been interactive and informative.  We work hard to have collaborative panels, not just “talking heads”.

The latest RMOUG WIT challenge can be found here.   Simple changes can make a huge impact in retaining the women in our industry and mentoring the next generation.

Feedback and suggestions are welcome!
