Hi!  Would you consider a new job here in Colorado?  I am asking because we have a couple of full-time openings for experienced Oracle ADF Developers on our team – Mid, Sr, and Lead level.

Our development team is developing a new global payments processing system, written in Oracle ADF, Java, JDeveloper, web services, integrating with WebLogic, WebCenter, Oracle SOA 11g, .  We are doing test-driven development using Agile/Scrum with 3-week sprints.  Our office is located on the north end of Colorado Springs on the 2^nd floor of the Oracle Corp building and we are looking for 3 ADF Developers and 1 ADF Lead to work on-site as part of our team.  This will be an exciting project and we'll look to the team members for input, mentoring, and collaboration during each Sprint.  This position will work closely with the QA team members to test the software as we get through each phase of development, and with the Project Manager on their team. Currently, we have an overall team of 55 people, including five excellent ADF developers. 

As a full-time, salaried employee of SES, we are offering salary plus full benefits including medical/dental/life insurance, paid vacation/sick/personal/holiday time, 401K, and pay for all hours worked (including overtime).  We also offer relocation assistance for candidates willing to move to Colorado.  We can work with C2C candidates and will do H1B visa sponsorship and transfers, and green card sponsorships.  Candidates must already be working here in the U.S. because we are looking for people to start working now rather than in October when the visas are approved.

This position requires: 

·     2+ years Oracle ADF Development experience

·     Experience with J2EE, JSF to customize the ADF applications and assist with the UI development

·     Solid experience using JDeveloper, ADF Faces, ADF Task Flow, and ADF Business Components

·     Experience working in a Scrum environment

·     Experience working in a test-driven development environment
