Executive –
Technology
Solutions
Advizex Technologies works with our customers to help
develop and execute Oracle technology based business
solutions. This individual contributor position is
expected to work effectively with Advizex Technologies
Partner Sales Reps, Advizex Technologies Regional
Geography Leads and senior level client executives
covering all industries as a 'trusted advisor' on Oracle
solutions and services.
Responsibilities:
Lead business development in the assigned market for
Oracle systems architecture & platform centered
around
software
solutions.
The selected candidate will be assigned a targeted
account type, a geographic territory, pipeline targets
and a bookings quota for the market. In addition to Key
Performance Indicators (KPI) associated with the earlier
responsibilities, the selected candidate will be
expected to meet key proactive metrics for driving
solutions sales and increasing pipeline. This is a
senior level role, comparable to a seasoned Sr.
Manager/Associate Partner in the big five model.

Forge
strong working relationship with the Oracle Sales teams
and
Technology
Sales
Managers
associated with the technology and geographic footprint.
•
Co-plan
and execute opportunity sales plan with License Sales.
•
Identify/Develop
key partner strategies for specific market segments.
•
Provide
high content contribution to joint license and
consulting opportunities and named Advizex Technologies’
install accounts, around technology solution areas
identified above.
•
Communicate
very effectively at all client levels, including CxO.
•
Manage
all phases of the business development cycles to
successful close
including
product packaging, pricing and proposal presentation.
•
Proactively
approach the market segment.
•
Ability
to add industry specific expertise to the sales process.
•
Understand
and have experienced the management of quota attainment
Preferred knowledge/skill areas
•
BA/BS
or equivalent; MBA is a plus
•
Minimum
of 7 years experience working in a direct field Sales
role for solutions consulting organization. Desirable
backgrounds include experience
with
Oracle product/technology sales either direct with
Oracle or with an Oracle partner.
•
Proven
track record of successful solutions-oriented
software
sales,
minimum $3-$5M in sales per year over past few years.
•
Drive
and motivation to sell full-time. This is a direct sales
role.
•
Superior
communication skills (both for internal and external
clients), very strong leadership qualities, and team
oriented business values are essential.
