We have a full-time opening for a Sr. Oracle ADF Developer with Java.  We are starting a new development project creating a global payments system ground-up in January.  We are in the midst of high-level design and architecture now and are kicking off the first phase of programming Jan 17th.  This is an SES-owned project in our office in N. Colorado Springs (we are on 2nd floor of the Oracle Corp building).  This is on the far north end of Colorado Springs on the edge of Monument.  We have 55 team members that have been handling enhancements to the U.S. systems over the past year and we're excited to be starting on the global project work.  This will be an exciting project and we'll look to the team members for input, mentoring, and collaboration during each Sprint.  We are using a mix of waterfall and iterative, Scrum methodology and are targeting developers who have worked in this environment, with test-driven development experience.  This position will work closely with the QA team members to test the software as we get through each phase of development, and with the Business Analyst and Project Manager on their team.
Currently, we have three excellent ADF developers and an experienced ADF team Lead, but we need one more Mid-Sr. Developer and one more ADF Lead to round out our two teams.

This position requires:

·     2+ years Oracle ADF Development experience

·     Experience with J2EE, JSF to customize the ADF applications and assist with the UI development

·     Solid experience using JDeveloper, ADF Faces, ADF Task Flow, and ADF Business Components

·     Experience working in a Scrum environment

·     Experience working in a test-driven development environment
