OIM/OAM Lead Administrator/Developer – to work in Colorado Springs or telecommute

We have an opening for an Oracle Security Lead on our team.  This position will be leading our Security team as well as handling hands-on installation and support of the OIM and OAM modules we are installing, upgrading, and maintaining in both the US and the UK.  This position will working closely with the OAM, OIM and WebLogic Leads who will handle the hands-on installations of the Oracle products onto new and existing servers, but we have a ton of work and can use one more heavy-hitter to do some hands-on work as well as help with the customer/user interfacing.  The best fit for this role will be someone who understands how the Oracle security pieces fit together and can work with the team to integrate them all into the new system.  We have discovered over the past year that although these are all now oracle products, it takes some work to integrate them. 

This is a full-time position based out of our SES office in the Oracle office in Colorado Springs, but the majority of the work can be done remotely from your home office.  Much of our security team is based in their Denver home offices with and visits to the CS office for meetings.  This has been working well so far with solid collaboration and communication between all team members.  This position will require some off-hours and early morning hours when communicating with the London management and team, and may require a trip or two to London for a few days, but this will be very rare, if at all.

Required skills/experience include:

·         Experience with Oracle Service-Oriented Security (SOS).

·         Knowledge of Oracle Identity Analytics 11g (OIA), Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), Oracle Access Manager (OAM), Oracle Virtual Directory (OVD), Oracle Internet Directory (OID), LDAP, WebLogic, etc.

·         Oracle SOA Architecture

·         Ability to see how programs can be developed and with them how the business can be supported in its mission, is comfortable with challenges which might require a new or different approach

·         Able to build relationships internally and externally, works within a team and with management to achieve success.
