Opening for a Lead Oracle ADF Developer on our SES team.

We have a large, long-term project providing ground-up development of a global, enterprise infrastructure for a credit card processing system.  As part of our team, you will be getting in on the ground floor of our design and development of a new infrastructure that will be used in Asia, Europe, and the United States.  This is a long-term position, with the next 2-4 years putting the infrastructure fully in place and an additional 5-8 years handling BAU – business as usual. We have a “green field” right now to build out a brand new system, including Java and ADF applications, OBIEE, DW, and DB environments. 

As one of our two Oracle ADF Leads, this person will be a leader, with the ability to take ownership of the group and lead through example and enthusiasm. We are looking for someone with passion, energy, commitment and be able to motivate their team.

Required skills/experience include:

·         Solid hands on experience with Oracle ADF 11g and 11g Jdeveloper, including ADF Faces, ADF Task Flow, and ADF Business Components.

·         Experience in building, debugging, and tuning ADF 11g applications.

·         Experience with training and mentoring junior staff in ADF development.

·         Experience in PL/SQL and stored procedures as applicable to ADF 11g usage

·         Exposure to Oracle BPM is preferred

·         Experience with analysis, design, and implementation of multi-tier database-driven enterprise application in Java, Java EE. 1-3 years experience  

·         Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment with experience using supporting development tools such as: Maven for build management, Hudson or Jenkins for Continuous Integration, and Jira for Spring Management

·         Familiarity and a proponent of Test Driven Development (TDD)

·         Experience/knowledge of interfacing to Oracle SOA.
