Hi!  We have openings for an Oracle Database Architect, Lead Designer and a Sr. DB Designer in our Colorado Springs/Monument, CO office. 

These positions will be an integral part of our team, and will work closely with the project managers, client managers, and java development team.  This role is responsible for database designs of data warehouses and large databases, logical and physical data models, directing other team members (when needed), as well as consulting with our clients on project plans/estimates/scope/deliverables and driving database projects.  There may be some development, but this is a higher-level position and we are looking for an interactive person to design and drive projects, rather than a heads-down developer.

The positions require experience with:

• Database and data warehouse architecture and design expertise
• Strong Oracle design and data modeling
• Experience building logical and physical designs
• Experience with Oracle Goldengate
• Senior PL/SQL development skills, including ETL development
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills

We also expect that our team will potentially have some up-front travel to London – perhaps 3-4 days once or twice in that first 6 months.
